What I believe about therapy

It takes courage to come to therapy and the most important part of being a clinician is the therapeutic relationship I develop with my clients. I provide a safe space with a genuine and empathic approach to feel supported, empowered and authentically self-connected.

My approach is holistic with a focus on Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Throughout my career, I have worked in private practice, psychiatric hospital settings and community-based mental health organizations providing individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship distress, stress management, family conflict, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, trauma, and loss. Therapy is a collaborative process and I will support you as we explore your journey together. My goal for you is to become the expert of your life and recognize the strengths and qualities that make you unique.

We’re a team of compassionate therapists skilled in treating anxiety, depression, and relational issues in downtown Chicago.
