I believe that each person deserves a safe space where they can be vulnerable and share these lived experiences, explore new possibilities, find peace, and gain clarity. We all play multiple roles in life, and it’s essential to understand how these roles intersect and impact our overall well-being and healing journey. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together, built on empathy, collaboration, and trust. I am passionate about guiding individuals to recognize their strengths while empowering them to utilize them to make meaningful changes.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution-Focused therapies, integrating mindfulness techniques when appropriate. I meet clients where they are and collaborate to develop a treatment plan aligned with their goals. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach because each person has unique experiences and therefore is the expert of their own story. My journey through clinical practice and life has granted me deep insights into the trials accompanying life’s transitions. I am committed to helping clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relational struggles, intersectional dilemmas, and self-worth concerns.
