It takes courage to come to therapy and the most important part of being a clinician is the
therapeutic relationship I develop with my clients. I provide a safe space with a genuine and
empathic approach to feel supported, empowered and authentically self-connected.
My approach is holistic with a focus on Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Throughout my career, I have worked in private practice, psychiatric hospital settings and community-based mental health organizations providing individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship distress, stress management, family conflict, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, trauma, and loss.
